Google to Display Ads Under Search Results

You must be familiar of the Google Adwords at the top and right hand side of the Google search results page (SERP's). Now be prepared to see them at the bottom of the google search results pages which Google has confirmed at Search Engine Round table. The same is being currently tested on the Google's Australian Search Engine version. Although Google had tested dispalying Adwords at the bottom of the search engine result pages back in 2005 but the tests were stopped. Now Google has again decided to go with it. I feel that the quality of the result pages will be much less, as the pages will be full of Ads.

Microsoft Releases "Porn Mode" Browser a blow to Google

Microsoft has released its internet explorer 8, Beta 2, browser. The new version of internet explorer is capable of hiding the history of the user. In simple words it hides the browser history from other users of the same computer.

Inprivate mode not only helps you to hide your browsing history but also temporary Internet files, form data, user name and passwords, cookies from being retained by the browser, thus leaving no evidence of your browsing or search history. Earlier you had to manually delete the cookies, temporary files, search history etc and other users were able to see your search history very easily endangering your privacy.

The new version of Internet Explorer could be a big blow to Internet rival Google, which depends heavily on the browsing history of the users for its targeted advertising. The new "Inprivate mode" is also known as "Porn mode"

Internet Explorer 8 is expected to help users spend less time searching and browsing, and takes them more directly to the information they need.
