Yet again google is ruling the search engine market with 16% growth in searches from july 2007 to july 2008 contributing to 60% of the total searches on the internet. Yahoo searches dropped to 11% july 2007 to july 2008 and contributes 17.4% to the search engine market.MSN searches also dropped by 10% and had a total share of 11.9% of the market.

AOL searches dropped by 9% from July 2007 to July 2008. Ask.com's searches rose to 13% contributing 2% to the overall search engine market.
